  • Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience<\/b> or<\/i> 1 year of in -office (brick -and -mortar) call center experience<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills<\/b> with strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service<\/b>, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Quiet, dedicated home office environment<\/b> suitable for handling customer interactions
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to pass a background check<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>

    Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor<\/b>

    • Contractors must be dependable and committed to their selected hours
