We are seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives to provide support to Medicaid members in a professional call center environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining valuable experience in Medicaid member services, healthcare benefits, medical eligibility, and claims processes.
In this role, you will serve as an advocate for Medicaid members by answering questions, researching inquiries, providing accurate benefit and eligibility information, and helping ensure members receive the support they need.
Respond to Montana Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using computerized systems, established scripts, and procedures.
Gather information from callers, assess their needs, research questions, and provide appropriate resolutions.
Document member interactions and call details accurately within designated systems.
Provide clear and concise information regarding:
Medicaid member eligibility status
Member benefits
Passport provider changes
General eligibility and claims-related inquiries
Follow established policies and procedures for call handling, documentation, and escalations.
Research member questions using multiple systems and available resources.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions.
Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service.
Serve as an advocate for Medicaid members and work to ensure their needs and questions are appropriately addressed.

One year of medical insurance or medical office experience.
Previous call center or professional office experience.
Experience with computerized systems, data entry, and database documentation.
Healthcare, insurance, Medicaid, member services, eligibility, or claims experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others and can communicate confidently while navigating multiple computer systems. Candidates with previous healthcare or insurance experience are preferred, however, this role also provides an excellent opportunity to develop experience with Medicaid member support, healthcare eligibility, benefits, and claims processes.
Important: This position is fully onsite and requires availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
