Key Responsibilities
- Research property tax records and related information using online resources and databases.
- Contact county, city, and government agencies via phone to obtain and verify property tax information.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records in internal systems.
- Follow up with agencies to gather missing information and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally while providing excellent customer service.
- Review information for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
