Facilities Administrator / Call Center CSR
Position Summary
The Facilities Administrator is a high-volume, client-facing customer service role responsible for coordinating facility service requests and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues. This position serves as a key liaison between clients and third-party service providers, managing work orders, tracking progress, and providing consistent communication in a fast-paced environment.
This is an entry-level opportunity best suited for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who thrive in high-call-volume settings and are comfortable multitasking across systems and stakeholders.
Location: Colwich, KS 67030 (Onsite Mon-Thu, Remote Fridays after training)
Pay: $17.35 - $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and resolve service-related issues in a timely, professional manner
Coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure work orders are completed within SLA expectations
Monitor open work orders and escalate items that fall outside compliance standards
Follow up on completed work orders to ensure proper documentation and invoicing
Audit contractor invoices for accuracy and contract compliance
Track and document all service activities within internal systems
Assist in monitoring contractor performance and service quality
Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and service tickets daily
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Strong customer service experience (call center, retail, dispatch, or high-volume environments)
Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-paced workflows
Strong computer navigation and documentation skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dispatching, facilities coordination, or service-based roles
Basic understanding of facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Experience working with ticketing systems or work order platforms
Skills & Competencies
Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and systems
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Dependable with a strong sense of accountability
