Required Skills, Experience:
- Has the ability to engage with customer to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and showing empathy.
- Has an intermediate level of proficiency in using computers & laptop.
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience in sales, cross-selling, up-selling or referring products.
- Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video).
- Prior experience of working as a Personal Banker and managing high client volume would be given priorities.
