What You'll Do as a Call Center Agent:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to return health screening kits
  • Navigate CRM systems and softphone tools to manage call activity
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
  • Log call activity and update records accurately in system tools
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to calls and systems
  • Maintain punctual attendance and readiness at shift start times

What You Need to Bring to the Call Center Agent Role:
  • Experience in call center, customer service, or outbound calling preferred
  • Must live in Minnesota
  • Ability to use computer systems, CRM platforms, and call software independently
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
