Schafer Manufacturing Co is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients over the phone. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Update customer records in the database
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Meet customer service quality and productivity goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
