Call Center Agent, Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of call center experience
 
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Call Center Agent to join a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates professionally, and is comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while handling inbound calls.
 
You will receive structured training designed to help you become confident in the role and provide a high-quality customer experience.
 
Training Schedule
Training follows a progressive schedule:

• New hires may start Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weeks 1 and 2 continue from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• During the third full week, employees transition to the regular 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM schedule while continuing training

 
What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries using established scripts and procedures
• Navigate multiple computer applications to research and resolve questions
• Gather information from callers to accurately identify their needs
• Communicate appropriate solutions clearly and efficiently
• Escalate non-routine or complex inquiries to senior representatives
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Participating in team meetings and recommend opportunities to improve service and efficiency
• Provide guidance and assistance to newly hired team members as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

 
What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of call center experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Comfortable using PCs, multiple applications, and keyboarding
• Ability to follow established scripts, procedures, guidelines, and direction
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
