Position Summary: Calibration Technologist and Technician
Provide technical leadership and engineering support for the Metrology Laboratory.
Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely calibration services supporting production, testing, and laboratory operations across the site.
Responsibilities: Calibration Technologist and Technician
Develop, maintain, and improve calibration procedures and standards.
Provide technical support for day-to-day calibration operations.
Ensure calibration activities comply with applicable quality requirements and standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and systems.
Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to metrology technicians.
Lead automation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of measurement systems.
Partner with production, test, laboratory, and engineering teams to address calibration and measurement needs.
Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, equipment performance, and overall service delivery.
Required Qualifications:Calibration Technologist and Technician
United States Citizenship is required.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide technical leadership and support to technicians and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:Calibration Technologist and Technician
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field preferred.
Experience in metrology, calibration, instrumentation, measurement systems, or a related technical discipline preferred.
Experience with calibration procedures, laboratory equipment, or measurement systems is highly desirable.
