1.Build and maintain daily and weekly dashboards to track key logistics metrics, including on-time performance, cost per package, and warehouse throughput.2.Monitor operational performance and investigate sudden drops or anomalies, providing clear root-cause summaries to support timely decision-making.3.Translate raw operational data into clear, actionable reports for frontline managers and regional leadership teams.4.Automate routine data extraction and reporting processes from internal systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual work for operations teams.5.Identify and highlight operational trends, such as rising fuel costs, seasonal delays, or capacity constraints, to support proactive planning and continuous improvement.1.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.2.Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, logistics, supply chain, or a related analytical role.3.Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms; basic SQL knowledge is preferred.4.Strong ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.5.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Job LocationLA-5650 Grace Pl.
