    Description

    1. Organization of work on after-sales service (including warranty) of the main and auxiliary equipment (sorters, conveyors of various types, volume measurement systems, cameras, etc.);2. Organization of work for outsourced contractors providing after-sales and repair services, and control over their service processes and results.3. Establishment and management of the own maintenance and repair team: formulation of equipment maintenance plans, assignment of work tasks, clarification of employee job responsibilities, organization of team training, etc.4. Response to customer fault feedback, coordination of internal resources for rapid response, and ensuring quick resolution of customer after-sales issues.5. Upon occurrence of a warranty event, determine the fault level, verify the fault facts, complete fault repair within the time limit agreed in the contract with the client, and provide a clear root cause analysis.6. Control of communication and timely provision of information in the framework of online support.7. Compilation of internal and external documents related to the scope, cycle and progress of after-sales services, and formulation of form templates, service standards and full-process solutions for equipment after-sales services.8. Participation in the development of supply contracts and in the formation of prices for equipment, taking into account after-sales service.9. Participation in the preparation/developmen of equipment operation and maintenance training materials for client engineering and technical personnel, conducting training for clients as required by the contract, and completing inspection and maintenance work.10. Participation in the verification and development of documents provided within the framework of the contract (preventive maintenance plan, list of system elements for daily visual maintenance, electrical diagrams, drawings, etc.11. Preparation of internal and external documentation regarding the inventory management, control and replenishment of the spare parts warehouse, as well as organization of spare parts procurement in response to customer requirements.12. Ensuring all on-site operations comply with safety specifications and requirements.13.
