POSITION

Food Service Worker - Part time

North Branford High School

WORK SCHEDULE

4 hours per day, approximately

8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

SALARY

As specified in the Agreement between the North Branford

Board of Education and the Local 1303-382 of AFSCME Council 4

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with quantity food preparation
• Assist with daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions
• Set-up and breakdown serving lines
• Ability to work in a friendly manner with co -workers, manager and students
• Most be able lift and or move up to 40 pounds
• May operate cash register POS system

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience with quantity food preparation and service
• Previous food sanitation courses desirable
