KNOWLEDGE OF: • Methods of heating, storing and preparing related food items • Sanitation and safety principles applicable to food serving and kitchen maintenance • Basic kitchen utensils and equipment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High School or equivalent • Some experience in quantity food preparation and kitchen maintenance is desirable REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Food Handler s Certificate
