We build spaces that spark connection, push people toward their next send, and bring folks together over shared chalk dust and good coffee. Whether someone's tying in for their first climb or their thousandth, we want them to feel like they've found their people. That spirit runs through every corner of our gyms - including the café.About the RoleThis is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Salt Lake City and South Main gyms, paying $17–$21/hour.
