Cafe Customer Service

Position Duties Include, but Are Not Limited To:

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Answer customer questions and assist with menu selections as needed.
• Prepare a variety of food and beverages, including smoothies, fresh juices, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items.
• Prepare and stock food items and dishes for the cold case.
• Serve customers from both the hot and cold cases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods of time.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Part-time and full-time positions are available
