Our client is a manufacturer of Power and Process equipment that is looking to bring on a 2D CAD Mechanical Designer to join their engineering team. In this role, you will design custom industrial equipment from concept through production by creating CAD models, detailed drawings, and bills of materials. You will work closely with the production team, design and sales engineers, and customers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
Must have previous 2D CAD experience
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers
Must be able to design products from machined parts, fabrications, assemblies, and castings in various materials
Must have the ability to create Bill of Material details in Sage 100 ERP system
