Concreteworks East, a premier manufacturer of customarchitectural concrete products, is seeking a CAD Drafter to join our dynamicteam. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, work with the nation's leading architects and contractors,and make a significant impact on our projects.
Draft and publish project-specific shop drawings.
Identify the scope of the shop drawings using the contractproposal and architectural drawings.
Collaborate with various departments to review and refinedrawing details.
Work closely with the Project Manager and the client,frequently communicating any Request for Information (RFI) or other detailsneeded to accurately assemble the shop drawings.
Revise and resubmit drawings based on client red lines.
Communicate with the client to ensure all details areunderstood and accurately represented in the drawings.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering,or similar.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
1+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Must be proficient in reading architectural drawing sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
