What You'll Do

Design custom communications enclosures using 3D modeling softwareModify existing production designs to meet customer needsCreate bills of material, customer drawings, and manufacturing documentationSupport design testing and continuous improvement effortsDevelop innovative design solutions to improve quality and reduce costCollaborate with engineering, sales, production, and customers

What We're Looking ForEducation

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferredEquivalent education and hands‑on experience considered

Experience & Skills

Proficient in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred)Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syteline a plus)Sheet metal design experience requiredStamping dies, jigs, and fixtures experience preferred2+ years of industrial mechanical engineering experience

Professional Skills

Strong collaboration and communication skillsAbility to work professionally with internal teams and customers

Physical & Safety Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and use hands for detailed workMust wear safety glasses and steel‑toe bootsSafety procedures must be followed at all times
