We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Designer to support the Containment (Data Center) business segment by developing custom design solutions, producing quote and fabrication drawings, and providing technical design support throughout the sales process. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customers to transform project requirements into accurate, manufacturable designs while improving workflow efficiency through modern CAD and AI-enabled tools. The Designer plays a key role in supporting profitable growth by delivering high-quality drawings, custom solutions, and continuous process improvements.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,442 to $84,367 annually with a quarterly profit-sharing opportunity in addition to base compensation.
