As part of an established, family-owned Tier 1 Supplier, you’ll collaborate with skilled teammates, access industry-specific training, and grow your career while building high-quality plastic injection tooling.
Your impact
From programming 2D/3D toolpaths to setting up and operating Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines, you’ll own critical steps in our moldmaking process. You’ll apply knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls, leverage laser tool setting and machine macros, and keep jobs moving safely with overhead cranes and forklifts.
What success looks like
- Produce reliable, efficient CAD/CAM programs for both 2D features and advanced 3D surfaces
- Perform precise set-ups and prove-outs, optimizing for quality and throughput
- Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and elevating shop standards
What you’ll bring
- 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience; Tebis experience strongly preferred
- Proven background in plastic injection mold manufacturing
- Experience with Makino, Fidia, or DMG machines; knowledge of Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
- Comfort in a manufacturing environment and around oils and lubricants
- Character grounded in honesty, integrity, teamwork, and sound judgment
Workday and lifestyle
- Day shift positions available 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- We provide a Shift premium for Night shift
