Install, program, and calibrate cable equipment
Verify TV, internet, and phone systems for correct functionality
Troubleshoot cable wiring, splitter configuration, and cable plant levels
Enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service
Ensure quality of each job is performed to company standard
Notate installation, service, and repairs
Educate customers on all services and equipment installed
Key Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Pass a nationwide background check and drug screening
Must be able to lift 80lbs

Work a flexible schedule that might include evenings and weekends
