Cabinet Vision Engineer- Direct Hire

Location: Anderson, IN
Shift: 1st Shift
Salary: Up to $80,000 per year, based on experience

Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Cabinet Vision Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Anderson, IN. This position is responsible for turning approved designs and customer orders into accurate, production-ready plans using Cabinet Vision and related software.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cabinet construction and manufacturing processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before a job reaches production.

Job Responsibilities

  • Model complete cabinetry jobs in Cabinet Vision using approved designs and signed orders
  • Apply the appropriate construction methods, materials, modification codes, and company standards
  • Generate cabinet, door, drawer box, rollout, material, and molding lists
  • Produce accurate cutting, nesting, and machining data for production
  • Review orders and verify dimensions, quantities, finishes, hardware, and specifications
  • Reconcile Cabinet Vision documents with assembly sheets and order information
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies before releasing jobs to the production floor
  • Complete engineering review documentation and release production binders
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production to ensure accurate, on-time releases
  • Provide accurate material summaries to support purchasing and production timelines
  • Help reduce engineering-related errors and improve first-pass quality

Qualifications

  • Previous experience using Cabinet Vision is required
  • Experience with Cabinet Maestro and Cabentry is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and manufacturing methods
  • Excellent math skills and spatial reasoning
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thoroughly review and reconcile technical documents
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary up to $80,000 per year, based on experience
