Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an experienced Cabinet Service Technician to join a rapidly growing Cabinet Department. This field-based position is ideal for a skilled cabinetry professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service.As a Cabinet Service Technician, you will travel to multiple job sites each day, including occupied and newly completed homes, performing service and warranty work on installed cabinetry. Service tasks range from minor adjustments and touch-ups to diagnosing and repairing more complex cabinet-related issues.Job Responsibilities
  • Visit multiple job sites daily to complete cabinet service and warranty work 
  • Adjust cabinet doors, hinges, drawer slides, tracks, and hardware to ensure proper function and alignment 
  • Perform repairs, touch-ups, and component replacements as needed 
  • Diagnose and resolve cabinet-related service issues efficiently and professionally 
  • Communicate service solutions and recommendations with homeowners, designers, and internal team members 
  • Maintain daily communication with the Service Coordinator regarding schedules, progress, and completed work 
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation for all service visits 
  • Read and interpret floor plans, cabinet drawings, and installation specifications 
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively 
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing the company 
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures 
Requirements
  • Skilled in cabinet installation, adjustment, and repair 
  • Previous experience in cabinetry, millwork, cabinet building, installation, or service work required 
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver cabinet components and materials 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
  • Ability to professionally represent the company in customers' homes
