We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on role focused on the design, fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom cabinetry and woodwork. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well from drawings and specifications, and contributes to high-quality results in both shop and on-site environments.

Responsibilities

  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinetry and related wood products according to project specifications.
  • Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, technical documents, and client requirements.
  • Select appropriate materials, hardware, and finishes for each project.
  • Operate woodworking tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other trades to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.


    Qualifications

    • Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, or a related trade.
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and technical instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
    • Familiarity with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing techniques.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
    • Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on work.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Apprenticeship, technical training, or certification in woodworking, carpentry, or cabinet making.
    • Experience with custom residential, commercial, or specialty millwork projects.
    • Knowledge of laminates, veneers, hardware installation, and finishing products.
