Cabinet Maker

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Cabinet Assembler to join our team in Coconut Creek, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinets using provided tools and following detailed specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cabinet assembly, woodworking, production assembly, or manufacturing, and be comfortable using hand and power tools safely.

Location: Coconut Creek, Florida

Pay:

• $20.00 per hour

• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

• Breakroom available with refrigerator and microwave

• No weekends or major holidays

• Overtime may be available depending on production needs

Responsibilities

• Assemble up to 25 cabinets per day according to production specifications and instructions

• Use hand tools and power tools to build and assemble cabinet components

• Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or diagrams

• Inspect completed cabinets to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, assembly, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
