Are you passionate about kitchen and bath design and enjoy helping customers transform their homes? We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Designer to join a well-established design team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who combines creativity with strong sales skills and enjoys working directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and remodelers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Design functional and aesthetically appealing kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry layouts using 2020 Design Software.
• Present design concepts, product selections, and pricing to customers.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, hardware, countertops, and related product selections.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Stay current on cabinet design trends, new products, and industry innovations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of cabinet design in a kitchen & bath showroom, cabinetry, or building materials environment.
• Proficiency with 2020 Design Software is required.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen layouts, space planning, and design principles.
• Excellent consultative sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Highly organized with strong project management and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals.
