Description

Currently seeking an experienced Cabinet/Countertop Project Manager to oversee projects from order through completion while coordinating customers, sales, design, production, purchasing, delivery, and installation.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and industry experience that allows them to anticipate potential issues and keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial order through completion
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, designers, production, purchasing, and installers
  • Review project specifications, measurements, drawings, and orders
  • Monitor project schedules, materials, and deadlines
  • Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules
  • Communicate project updates to customers and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve project issues quickly
  • Track change orders and project modifications
  • Ensure products and materials meet project specifications
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • Monitor project costs and timelines
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience with cabinetry, countertops, millwork, construction, kitchen & bath, or related building materials
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems

Preferred Experience

Experience coordinating cabinet installations, countertop fabrication/installation, residential construction, commercial casework, or remodeling projects is preferred.
