This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain high quality standards, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssemble finished cabinets using pre-cut and finished wood componentsSet up and operate woodworking machinery and equipmentUse hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble cabinetsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and assembly instructionsWork efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standardsFollow all safety and quality procedures, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Inspect finished products to ensure quality and workmanship standards are metCommunicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors regarding production and qualitySet up, maintain, and clean workstationsReport equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to management immediatelyPerform other shop duties as assignedTraining & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related field such as assembly, construction, or manufacturingExperience operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipmentAbility to carefully handle wood products while maintaining qualityAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and measurementsAbility to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspaceStrong work ethic, accountability, and dependable attendanceAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamWillingness to learn new skills and cross-train in other areas of the shopAbility to pass a pre-employment drug testPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a warehouse and woodworking shop environmentRegular standing for extended periods throughout the workdayFrequent repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingersFrequent bending, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling materialsRegular lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 poundsExposure to wood dust, machinery, and production noiseRegular use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including closed-toe shoes and eye and hearing protection
