    We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing custom cabinetry team. Whether your strengths are in cabinet assembly, finishing, installation, field service, or a combination of all four, we are looking for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and are committed to delivering exceptional results.

     

    Pay: Starting at $20+/hr. based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

     

    Benefits: Overtime Pay, Vacation Pay, Paid Time Off, Sick pay, Health Insurance, Holiday Pay.

     

    What you'll do:

     

    Cabinet Assembly

    -Assemble custom cabinetry and components according to shop drawing and specifications.

    -Installation of hardware, drawer slides, hinges and accesories.

    -Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

    -Maintain a clean and organized work area.

     

    Finishing

    -Prepare cabinetry and components for finishing (ie. sand, clean, and inspect surfaces)

    -Assist with finishing process including paint and stain.

    -Perform touch-ups and quality control inspections to achieve a high-end finish.

     

    Installation

    -Deliver and install custom cabinetry in residential environments.

    -Read plans and layouts to ensure accurate installation.

    -Perform field modifications and adjustments as needed.

    -Ensure projects are completed with a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism.

     

    Field Service & Technical Support

    -Travel to job sites to perform cabinet adjustments, repairs, warranty work, and punch-list items.

    -Troubleshoot installation, hardware, and finish-related issues.

    -Assist installation crews with problem-solving and field modifications.

    -Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, designers, and project managers.

     

    Qualifications:

    -Experience in Cabinetry

    -Woodworking

    -Finishing

    -Installation

    -Ability to read tape measure, shop drawings, and installation plans

    -Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

    -Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

    -Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

    -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    -Ability to life 50+ pounds and work in both shop and field environments
