We are seeking an experienced CAA Developer with strong expertise in CATIA CAA V5 (Component Application Architecture), ENOVIA V5, API development, and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and exposing APIs, creating automation tools, and building custom solutions using CAA V5 with C++ and Java.

This role requires strong technical skills in CATIA/ENOVIA customization, GUI development, web services, and API creation, along with good understanding of mechanical design and geometric development concepts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with CATIA CAA V5 (Component Application Architecture).
  • Experience developing CAA automation solutions for CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5.
  • Strong experience with:
    • CAA V5 API development
    • Custom API creation
    • CATIA/ENOVIA customization
    • GUI development
    • Web services and integrations
  • Experience creating APIs using CAA V5 for Java and C++ clients.
  • Strong programming experience in C++ and Java.
  • Experience with CAA/RADE V5 for CATIA V5 tool creation.
  • Experience handling geometry development and geometric modeling using CAA V5 is preferred.
  • Good understanding of mechanical design concepts and CAD applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expose new APIs in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5 using CAA V5.
  • Design and implement CATIA/ENOVIA automation solutions.
  • Develop custom tools and applications using CAA/RADE V5.
  • Build and maintain GUI components, web services, and API integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural and technical standards.
  • Deliver high-quality, reliable, and performance-efficient software solutions.
  • Participate in peer reviews, technical discussions, and formal code reviews.
  • Gather requirements, document technical specifications, and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing domains.
  • Knowledge of CAD/PLM systems and engineering workflows.
  • Experience with geometric modeling and CAD automation.
