Food and Beverage DirectorJob DescriptionThe Food and Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations of a company or organization. This includes managing staff, creating menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures.
- Manage and train staff, including hiring and scheduling.
- Create menus and ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards.
- Order supplies and manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and manage budgets.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
