Pay & Benefits- Pay Range: $20 $30 per hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do- Operate CNC mills (VMC) and CNC lathes to machine components for rubber and plastic molds
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
- Measure parts using standard inspection tools to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols including background check and drug screening requirements
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
What You NeedRequired:- Proven experience operating CNC mills (VMC); lathe experience a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and lifting
Preferred:- Experience machining rubber or plastic molds
- Experience in precision measurement and inspection
- Previous roles: CNC Machinist, CNC Mill Operator, CNC Lathe Operator, Toolmaker, Mold Machinist, CNC Programmer/Operator
