Buying Office Assistant
Monday-Friday, 30 hours a week
Position Duties:
- Purchase and financially manage packing and operating supplies for Bachman's
- Working with Gift, Home and Hardgood products
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Buyer
- Set up items and vendors, and enter purchase orders
- Assist with Communication and execution to the stores
- Merchandise products on the website
- Manage markdowns and promotional pricing
- Assist with replenishment operations
- Order office supplies
Qualifications:
- Advanced administrative skills; including Microsoft Office Suite products.
- High degree of organizational skills required.
- Must be able to compute margins, markups, costs and discounts.
- Good ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Communicate effectively with Bachman's stores and departments.
- Four year degree preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Business Hours, 30 hours/week
Compensation: $20.00/hour
