Do you enjoy real estate, meeting people, and helping buyers discover a property that feels right? BeMAJOR Gulf Coast Realty is looking for a dependable, service-minded Showing Agent to support our team and help create a positive experience for our clients.

This role focuses on coordinating and conducting property showings, communicating with buyers and their assigned agents, gathering feedback, and helping keep the showing process organized. You'll work alongside a collaborative team that values professionalism, responsiveness, and teamwork.

Through our partnership with PLACE, you'll have access to team systems and technology that help organize appointments, client information, and follow-up. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from experienced real estate professionals and become more familiar with the local market.

This role may be a fit for a licensed agent who enjoys direct client interaction and showing properties without independently managing every aspect of a real estate transaction. Scheduling and availability expectations will be agreed upon based on client needs and team coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property showing appointments with the assigned buyer's agent to ensure clients can view homes that meet their needs.
• Confirm appointment times, property access instructions, and showing details to help prevent delays and provide a smooth experience.
• Conduct showings professionally and help buyers observe property features so they can make informed decisions.
• Communicate buyer feedback, questions, and follow-up needs to the assigned agent promptly to support the next steps in the home search.
• Record showing activity and relevant follow-up in the team's designated technology to keep everyone informed and organized.
• Follow property access procedures, security instructions, and brokerage policies to protect clients, homeowners, and properties.
• Maintain dependable communication and scheduling while representing BeMAJOR positively at every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license, as required for the assigned showing activities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to properties throughout the agreed service area.
• Excellent punctuality, organization, and time management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using mobile apps, scheduling tools, and real estate technology.
• Professionalism, discretion, attention to property security, and willingness to follow brokerage procedures.
