Responsibilities

  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
  • Conduct two open houses monthly 
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Self-driven sales enthusiast with a friendly, competitive edge
  • Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions
  • Comfortable and confident in prospecting and generating leads
  • Naturally skilled at handling objections with ease
  • Clear and effective communicator who genuinely cares about providing great service
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Holds a valid real estate license
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Open to learning and growing continuously
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ready to learn and use scripts and dialogues
  • Manages time efficiently
  • Previous experience in the industry is a plus but not required
