Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Consult with buyers to understand their wants, needs, and goals
Guide clients through the entire purchasing process
Schedule and conduct property showings
Write offers and negotiate contracts
Maintain communication with clients and team members
Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes consistently
Participate in team trainings and production coaching
Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
