We’re looking for a
fun, friendly, motivated team member to join our growing store. This is
more than a typical retail job—you’ll help decide what products make it onto our sales floor, work directly with customers, and play an important role in keeping our store looking organized, stylish, and inviting.
You’ll have the opportunity to
shop for a living! You’ll evaluate gently used children’s clothing, shoes, toys, and equipment and help determine what we should purchase and sell in our store. If you enjoy keeping up with trends and spotting great brands and styles, you’ll love this part of the job!
️ What You'll Do
- Provide fast, friendly, and welcoming customer service.
- Cashier and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Appraise and select quality, gently used children's clothing, shoes, toys, and equipment.
- Identify current styles, colors, patterns, brands, and trends.
- Price, tag, hang, and merchandise incoming products.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and upscale-looking sales floor.
- Learn and use our point-of-sale and other store technology.
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the store.
- Work as part of a small team while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Quickly and professionally address customer questions or concerns.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and keeping the store running smoothly.
- Help open and close the store as scheduled.
- When appropriate, help lead and support other team members.

Retail or management experience is a plus, but it's NOT required. We’re willing to train the right person!

Schedule Requirements
We offer
flexible scheduling, including opening and closing shifts.
Saturday availability is REQUIRED because Saturday is our busiest day of the week. We are open to Part- and Full-time.
