Are you experienced in purchasing, production planning, and supply chain operations? We're looking for a Buyer Planner to help manage materials, inventory, and supplier relationships while ensuring production stays on schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Review MRP recommendations and release purchase orders

Monitor material availability to support production schedules

Identify and resolve shortages, delays, and supply chain risks

Coordinate with suppliers and global manufacturing partners

Participate in production planning meetings and cross-functional reviews

Track inventory levels and support on-time shipment goals

Generate reports and communicate purchasing and production updates

Support kit completion and manufacturing readiness

Analyze supply chain data and recommend process improvements

What We're Looking For

1-3+ years of Buyer, Planner, Buyer/Planner, Production Planning, or Supply Chain experience

Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA

Strong understanding of MRP, purchasing, inventory control, and material planning

Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs) in a manufacturing environment

Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, reporting, and data analysis

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Electromechanical manufacturing

Electronics, semiconductor, industrial, or medical device industries

Working with global suppliers and manufacturing teams

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Detail-oriented and highly organized

* Ability to proactively identify risks and drive solutions
