    Hiring Managers will be on site to answer questions and conduct interviews.

    Registered Nurses

    • all shifts (8 hours) Set 2 week schedule rotation
    • 1st: 7a-3:30p
    • 2nd 3p-11:30p
    • 3rd 11p-7:30a
    • Part Time or Full Time

    Butler Hospital was founded in 1844 and is the state s only non-profit, free-standing psychiatric hospital providing adults, seniors and adolescents specialized assessment and treatment for all major psychiatric illnesses and substance abuse.

    Butler is the major affiliated teaching hospital for psychiatry and behavioral health of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. It is the flagship hospital for its Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior, which has been recognized by its peers as one of the top ten in the US. Butler is the major training site and the base hospital for the Brown University General Residency in Psychiatry. Many physicians and psychologists at Butler are also part of the Brown Institute for Brain Science and participate in exciting clinical research initiatives with this world-renowned center for neuroscience.

    Butler Hospital is a part of Care New England Health System that employs approximately 1000 full-time and part-time clinical and non-clinical staff. More than 75 volunteers assist the staff in nearly all areas of the hospital. The Board of Directors represents a cross-section of the business community.

    • B.S.N preferred.
    • Current RI nursing license.
