Restaurant Associates
Restaurant Associates is home to corporate dining, executive hospitality, curated catering experiences, and best-in-class workplace foodservice - and we're looking for a polished, service-driven hospitality professional to help bring that standard to life in a high-profile NYC corporate environment. If you're detail-obsessed, thrive in formal service settings, and know how to deliver seamless hospitality with warmth, discretion, and precision, keep reading.
This role blends the polish of high-end estate service with the structure and pace of an executive corporate environment. Rather than supporting a private household, you'll provide seamless food and beverage service to senior executives, board members, clients, and high-profile guests within boardroom suites and executive hospitality spaces.
You'll be responsible for delivering flawless executive dining and meeting service in a highly professional office environment.
You'll set and maintain executive dining rooms to pristine presentation standards, including china, glassware, silver, linens, and service wares. You'll coordinate closely with executive chefs, and catering management to ensure timing, presentation, and delivery are executed without disruption to business conversations or meeting flow.
Above all, you'll bring extreme discretion and professionalism to rooms where sensitive, confidential, and high-stakes business discussions may be taking place.
You have experience in hospitality, private dining, fine dining, executive catering, butler service, or a comparable high-touch service environment. You understand formal service standards, anticipate needs before they are voiced, and remain composed and polished during high-profile, time-sensitive events.
Your attention to detail is exceptional, your communication style is discreet and professional, and you know how to balance warmth with the quiet confidence required in an executive setting. You're comfortable working independently, partnering closely with culinary and operations teams, and adjusting quickly as meeting schedules, guest counts, or service needs change.
