About the Role:Barbarian in Stowe, VT is looking for an energetic and motivated Busser to join our team! You'll play a key role in keeping our dining room running smoothly and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities:- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
- Assist servers by refilling water, supplying the correct plates and utensils, and supporting table needs
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces
- Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and linens and transport to the kitchen
- Restock service stations with supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments
- Communicate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties as assigned such as polishing glasses and silverware and brewing coffee
Requirements:- Previous bussing, food service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays or tubs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
