Busser Job Responsibilities:

A busser serves patrons by setting tables; keeping chips and salsa full; keeping beverage glasses full; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.

Busser Job Duties:

Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables
Keeps Guests chip basket and salsa full.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing damaged or soiled pages
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Helping maintain a clean atmosphere inside and out of the restaurant.

Over 25 years ago Phil Barbaree and Bob Kirchoff opened the first Superior Grill in Shreveport, Louisiana. After perfecting the Superior Grill concept with four flourishing locations, and successfully launching Superior's Steak House, Bob and Phil moved on to their next endeavor, Cocina Superior, a modern Tex-Mex eatery. But they did not stop there. Ater broad based, hands-on research and extensive travel, Superior Seafood and Oyster Bar was opened.

We've worked hard to create an image for our restaurants and an exciting destination for our guests and we expect each team member to do all in their power to maintain both.
