JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the F&B General Manager, the incumbents job is to support the smooth operation of a restaurant by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the dining area''s cleanliness. They also assist wait-staff by delivering food, refilling drinks, and stocking condiment stations to ensure high caliber service to customers.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
