Key Responsibilities:
- Reset, clean, and prepare tables efficiently throughout each shift
- Assist servers with pre-bussing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room, service stations, patio, and restrooms
- Deliver excellent guest support while helping service flow smoothly during busy shifts
- Restock silverware, napkins, condiments, and service supplies throughout each shift
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams as needed during service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Busser or restaurant support staff preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays, dishes, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
