Responsibilities
• Welcome guests in with a warm welcome and uncommon hospitality that creates a memorable experience. • Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails. • Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up. • Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift. • Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist with e.g. floors, muck station, service alley, parking lot, etc. • Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team. • Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning, re-stocking duties. • Run food and drinks to guests tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed. • Help teammates out wherever possible. • Learn something new every day.
