Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana(the Venetian Hotel) is hiring attentive, experienced, service-oriented busser for Lunch and Dinner. Experience in a full service restaurant is highly desirable.Il Fornaio is an authentic Italian restaurant company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Perform dining room set-up, running side work and closing duties.* Perform assertively, aggressively and in a friendly manner.* Assist wait staff, maintains bus stations, restrooms and dish area aggressively.* Participate in table maintenance and dining room clean up.* Maintain dining room safety and sanitation.* Attend all employee meeting and brings suggestions for improvement.* Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude * Being able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availabilityPrior experience as a busser, bus person, busboy, food runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member and other part time FOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.
