We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Busser to support front-of-house operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean dining environment, ensuring quick table turnover, and contributing to a positive guest experience. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove dishes, glassware, utensils, and other items from tables following a meal
- Responsible for removing all used dishes and tableware and preparing tables in a professional manner for new guests
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently to support timely seating of guests
- Help expedite the restaurant floor by clearing and setting tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations
- Assist servers and other staff with various tasks as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
