Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up.
We’re looking for Bussers / Food Runners who are hardworking, energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about keeping the guest experience running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready tables throughout service
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages
- Refill water and assist with other guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and service areas
- Keep side stations stocked and organized
- Assist with opening, closing, and ongoing side work
- Communicate guest needs to servers and management
- Support the entire front-of-house team during high-volume periods
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
- Bring energy, urgency, and a positive attitude to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Current Food Handler certification
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
