- The Office Services Coordinator (OSC) team supports the daily operations of Sunshine Health's Community Connections Centers (CCCs) throughout Florida. The team serves as the front line of member engagement by coordinating community events, supporting health education initiatives, facilitating community partnerships, assisting members with resources and benefits, and ensuring each CCC remains operational, compliant, and accessible to the community. The team's overall goal is to improve member engagement, connect members to needed services, and support positive health outcomes while maintaining a high-quality member experience.
- This need is driven by the requirement to maintain continuous operational coverage at the Community Connections Center. Each CCC must remain open and staffed during designated business hours to support member services, facility oversight, event execution, community outreach activities, and compliance obligations.
- The OSC team operates in a collaborative, community-focused, and mission-driven environment. Team members work both independently and cross-functionally with Community Outreach, Marketing, Care Management, and external community partners to execute initiatives that improve member engagement and access to care. The role requires strong relationship-building, event coordination, operational management, and compliance oversight.

| - Assist members face to face: PCP changes, ID cards, OTC orders, Billing issues, DME issues, RX issues /questions, provide product information on the products we offer, and other duties assigned.
- Host community events: Baby Showers, Arts & Crafts, Line Dancing, Zumba, Back to School events.
- Monthly activities: Birthday celebrations, special events, Holiday events, AEP celebration, Nurses Week and more).
- Community Partner: Educational Events and training, Monthly Community Partner Appreciation (access to our conference room)
- Ability to network to gain community partnership

The OSC role is unique because it combines several positions into one. It is simultaneously an operations role, event planner, community liaison, member advocate, facility coordinator, and compliance ambassador
