Our client is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead and scale two high-performance sales teams in the U.S., driving aggressive growth across established and newly acquired product lines. What You’ll Do
Lead and unify two sales teams focused on advanced servo motor and motion technologies
Own revenue growth goals: $7M existing product line + $3M new acquisition
Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets
Drive margin performance and oversee proposal development
Expand into new markets and support new technology initiatives
Guide marketing direction and ensure strong brand presence
Present performance metrics in executive and board-level reviews
Build scalable processes using CRM and reporting tools
Ensure full lifecycle support of products and projects
You will lead a distributed team across the U.S. and Canada, while collaborating with global technical and commercial leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Master’s or MBA (Engineering or related field) preferred
5+ years in servo motor/servo systems sales
5–8 years leading sales engineers, reps, or distributors
Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership experience
CRM and sales reporting expertise
Technical fluency in motion systems and controls
Confidence presenting to executive leadership across North America and Europe
Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
